• By booking, you agree to all terms listed above.
• Results depend on the quality of hair provided.
• No refunds on completed services.

  • • A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
    • Remaining balance must be paid on the day (cash or approved method).
    • New clients must enquire before booking.
    • Please ensure you select the correct service when booking

  • • Deposits go towards your final total.
    • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • Your appointment is not confirmed without a deposit.

  • • A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
    • After this, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened.
    • Late arrivals may incur a £10–£15 fee.

  • • At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
    • Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.
    • Same-day cancellations may require full payment before rebooking.

  • • No extra guests unless agreed.
    • No heavily used or poor-quality wigs.

  • • 13x4 and 13x6 wigs are accepted
    • Lace must be HD, transparent, or high-quality Swiss lace.
    • Lace must be clean, free from glue, and in good condition.
    • Wigs should be properly constructed (no loose tracks or damage).
    • Overly dense wigs may require additional customisation fees

  • • Hair must be clean and fully dried.
    •Please make sure your hair is cornrowed or flat prior to appointment.
    • Bring your wig at least 2–3 days before your appointment
